Hanford Sargent

Hanford was born on October 26th, 1826 in Dunbarton, New Hampshire. Hanford's father was Eliphalet Richards Sargent and his mother was Lydia Wells. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Sargent and Sarah Richards; his maternal grandfather is Silas Wells. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Eliphalet H., Daniel Harris, David, Andrew Jackson, Loring, Harriet, Sarah M. and Mary J.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 15 in 1841.
