Arthur Clayton was born on October 18th, 1910 in Carlton, Orleans County, New York. Arthur Clayton's father is William Henry Sargent and his mother is Cora B. Rowley. His paternal grandparents were Reuben Sargent and Hannah E. Waterson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Glenn Rowley, Archie Dewayne and Winifred Cora. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 65 on May 21st, 1976 in Albion, Orleans County, New York.-
