John Roundy 
John was born on May 18th, 1864 in Springville, Utah, Utah. John's father was Lauren Hotchkiss Roundy and his mother was Jane Ann Koyle. His paternal grandparents were Shadrack Roundy and Betsey Quimby. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Jared Washington, Lauren, Hyrum Koyle, Charles, Julia Rebecca, Laurette and Lillian Jane. He is the third youngest of the eight children. He has three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Byron Donalvin, William Heber, Adelbert, Luella, Mary Ann and Zuella.-
