Quincy Woodbury was born on March 17th, 1857 in Goffstown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Quincy Woodbury's father is John Quincy Adams Perley and his mother is Hephzibath Woodbury. His maternal grandparents were Amos Woodbury and Mary A. Annis.
