Hannah was born on July 14th, 1645 in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Hannah's father was George Merriam and her mother was Susan Raven. Her paternal grandparents were William Merriam and Sarah Burges. She was an only child. She died at the age of 32 in 1677 in Marlboro, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.-
