David T. Kimball 
David T. was born in November 1886 in Idaho. David T.'s father was Levi Silas Kimball and his mother is Emma Anna Witchey. His paternal grandparents were Levi Kimball and Hettie (Esther) Chatfield. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named George L., Dix D., Arthur W., Silas Levi, John W., Earl A., Perry K., Della E., Sarah L. and Laura A.. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 55 in 1941.-
