Sr. Russell was born about 1615 in England. Sr. Russell's father was Francis Russell and his mother was Katherine Brydges. His paternal grandfather was William Russell and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Long; his maternal grandparents were Giles Brydges and Francis Fiennes Clinton. He was an only child. He died on June 1st, 1676 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was buried in Kings Chapel Cemetery, Boston, Middlesex, Massachusetts.General Notes
