Otis Marcibilus Hillard 
Otis Marcibilus was born on April 21st, 1908 in Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon. Otis Marcibilus' father was Jolly Washington Hillard and his mother was Maggie Maroah Resler. His paternal grandparents were Cassius Marcibilus Clay Hillard and Olive Sabra Lewis. He had five brothers and a sister, named Owen Barns, Cassius Kirtz, Mark Jolly, Joseph Laru, Jolly Adelbert and Mary Olive. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 53 on March 8th, 1962 in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. He was buried in Mountain View Memorial Park, Tacoma, Pierce County Washington.-
