Joan Fitzthomas

Joan was born about 1281 in Fermoy, Cork, Ireland.  Joan's father was John Fitzthomas and her mother is Blanche Roche.  Her paternal grandfather was Thomas fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald; her maternal grandfather is John Roche.  She was an only child.  She died on May 2nd, 1320.

‌Joan and Edmund were married in a religious ceremony in 1302.  They had a son named James.
