Tonantius was born in 0440. Tonantius' father was Tonantius Ferreolus and his mother is Papinilla Avitus. His paternal grandparents are Ferreolus and Flavia Papinilla; his maternal grandfather was Marcus Maecilius Eparchius Avitus. He was an only child. He died at the age of 71 in 0511.General Notes
