William Talvas III was born before 1078. William Talvas III's father was Robert Montgomery II De Alencon and his mother is Agnes Ponthieu. His paternal grandparents were Roger De Montgomery and Mabel Belesme De Alencon; his maternal grandfather was Guy I Ponthieu and his maternal grandmother is Ada De Montgomery.
