Phoena Chase 
Phoena was born on March 5th, 1877 in Cameron, Steuben, New York. Phoena's father was Levi Solomon Chase and her mother was Minerva A Fenton. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon P. III Chase and Tryphena Hudson. She had three brothers and a sister, named Jefferson Solomon, Lott E, John E and Flora A. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Herbert H. She died at the age of 12 on June 1st, 1889 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.General Notes
