Lawrence Thurgood 
Lawrence's baptism took place on October 6th, 1799 in Stanstaed. Lawrence's father was Thomas Thurgood and his mother was Hannah Knight. His paternal grandparents were William Thurgood and Elizabeth Pamphillon; his maternal grandfather was Richard Knight and his maternal grandmother is Sarah (Summerset?). He had two brothers and three sisters, named Ephraim, George, Eliza, Elizabeth and Susannah. He died in 1850 in Bishops Stortford.1 General Notes

John Thurgood
John was born in 1827 in Bishops Stortford and his baptism took place there on May 25th, 1834. He died at the age of 75 in 1902 in Stawell Victoria, Australia.2
