Clarence Tolan 
Clarence was born on March 14th, 1883 in Philadelphia, PA. Clarence's father is Clarence Tolan and his mother was Margaret McMahon Tolan. His maternal grandparents were Patrick McMahon and Margaret Ward. He had two brothers and a sister, named Francis J. ("Frank"), George and Bernardine Mary. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 86 in October 1969 in Pennsylvania.-
