Gwilym Bowen 
Gwilym was born in 1412 in Pentre Ifan, Nevern, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Gwilym's father was Ieuan Bowen and his mother is Margaret Arnold. His paternal grandfather is Llywelyn Ap Owain and his paternal grandmother was Nest Verch Hywel; his maternal grandfather is Arnold Cubberston. He was an only child. He died at the age of 38 in 1450.-
