Rachel York

Rachel was born in 1786 in Randolph Co, NC. Rachel's father was Semore York and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Aldridge. Her paternal grandparents were Semore York and Sylvania L Aldredge. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Uriah, William Enoch Erick, John Nelson, Sylvana, Mary (Polly) and Martha. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Riley, Harrison, Sarah and Elizabeth.
