Bohan W. was born about 1808. Bohan W.'s father was Jabez York and his mother was Elizabeth White. His paternal grandparents were Semore York and Sylvania L Aldredge; his maternal grandparents were John White and Ann Welborn. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Shubal, Marion, Chessie, Martha, Elizabeth, Jane and Maryann. He was the third youngest of the nine children.-
