James Seay 
James was born about 1695 in Goochland Co, VA or England. James' father was Abraham Seay and his mother was Mary Wilson. He had three brothers named Abraham Jr., Isaac and Jacob. He died in King William Co, VA.General Notes
James was alive to give consent of his daughter's marriage (Anne to Benjamin Wilson). He is dead by Aug 1757, according to Order Bk 5.
Sources said he was Rev. James Seay.
Vi McAllister says "I attached James to Abraham Seay only because there is so much evidence that points in that direction, mainly land acquisitions."
