Edward Phillips 
Edward was born on July 4th, 1640 in Whittington, Shropshire, England. Edward's father was Thomas John Phillips and his mother was Rebecca Brown. His paternal grandparents were Richard Phillips and Eleanor Onslow. He had a half-brother named Gryffinus. He died at the age of 70 in 1710 in York Co, VA.General Notes
