Sarah Laughter (Sallie) *Powell

Sarah Laughter, known as Sallie, was born on January 22nd, 1859 in Gatesville,Coryell,TX.¹   Sallie's father is John Ingram *Powell and her mother is Mary Elizabeth Bridget *Smith.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 71 on March 17th, 1930 in Washington Parish,LA.¹ 

‌Sallie and John Wiley were married in a religious ceremony in 1883 in Coryell Co.,TX.¹   They had a son named Robert Ingram.
