Eppillus ap Cynobelin's father is Cynobelin ap Tenuantius * and his mother was Queen of the Brogantines Cartismandua. He has three brothers named Adminius ap Cynobelin, Gweird Aviragus ap Cynobelin and Togodumnus ap Cynobelin. He had four half-brothers named Caradoc, Cyllin av Caratacus, Cyllian(Cyllinus) Marius Siluria ap Caradoc and Colius.
