Raymond Burgundy

Raymond was born about 1065 in Bourgogne,France.  Raymond's father was Count of Burgundy William(Guillaume) (The Great) Burgundy I and his mother was Coutness of Burgundy Stephanie Vienne.  His paternal grandparents are Count Palatine of Burgundy Renaud * and Judith *; his maternal grandfather is Gerard *. He had two sisters named Ermentrude and Gisela.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died  due to while on crusade? on March 26th, 1107 in Grajal,Spain.  He was buried in Cathedral del Santiago El Mayor del Compostella,Santiago,Spain.

‌Raymond and Urraca Alfonsez were married in a religious ceremony in 1095 in Toledo,Castile,Spain.  They had a son named Alfonso.
