Her paternal grandparents were William d'Aubigny and Maud (Matilda) de Saint Hilary; her maternal grandparents are Hugh of Kevelioc de Mechines and Bertrade de Montfort (Evreux). She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Hugh, Maud, Nicole and Colette. She was the oldest of the six children. She died before 1240.General Notes
