John Kingsbury 
John was born on August 17th, 1686 in Dedham, Norfolk, Massachusetts, USA.1 John's father was Nathaniel Kingsbury and his mother is Mary Bacon. His paternal grandfather was Joseph Kingsbury and his paternal grandmother is Millicent Ames. He had four brothers and a sister, named Nathaniel, James, Timothy, Daniel and Millicent. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 27 on October 15th, 1713.1 General Notes
