Nils Hanssen 
Nils was born in 1740 in Singsaas, Sor-Trondelag, Norway.1 Nils' father is Hans Larssen and his mother is Kersti Nilsdatter. His paternal grandfather is Lars Hanssen and his paternal grandmother was Beret Pedersdatter. He was an only child. He died at the age of 78 on April 20th, 1818 in , , , Norway.
‌Nils and Kari were married in a religious ceremony on July 8th, 1764 in Singsaas, Sor Trondelag, Norway.1 They had a son named Hans.
