Frances Watts

Frances was born on October 26th, 1769 in Albemarle, VA, USA.¹   Frances' father was William Watts and her mother was Jane Hord. She had a brother named James.  She is the younger of the two children. She had five half-brothers and six half-sisters, named George Washington, William, Peter, Richard, Jacob, Martha Patsy, Elizabeth, Lucy, Mildred, Eleanor Nelly and Patsey.
