Matthew Whitfield

Matthew was born in 1410 in Rydall, Westmore, England.¹   Matthew's father was Matthew De Whitfield.  His paternal grandfather was John De Whitfield. He had six brothers and a sister, named John, Robert, Thomas, Nicholas, Richard, Christopher and Alison.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1475.¹
