John was born in 1351 in Cheshire, England.1   John's father was John Warburton and his mother was Agnes De Wevere.  His paternal grandparents were Geoffry Warburton and Alice Warburton; his maternal grandparents were Richard De Wevere and Richard De Wevers. He had two brothers named Peter and Richard.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 40 in 1391.1
