John Fitz Wale 
John Fitz was born in 1240 in Puttenham, Bucks, England.1 John Fitz's father was William De Puttenham. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Wale and his paternal grandmother is Alice Puttenham. He had four brothers named John Fitz Wale, John Fitz Wale, John and John. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 64 in 1304.1 -
