Mordecai Vernon

Mordecai's father was Thomas Vernon and her mother was Elizabeth Maxwell. Her paternal grandparents were James Vernon and Hester Brown; her maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Foe. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Joseph, Nathaniel, Jonathan, Mary, Elizabeth, Esther, Hannah and Lydia.
