William Spencer 
William was born on September 3rd, 1576 in Copley, Bedford, England.1 William's father was Robert Spencer and his mother was Rose Cokayne. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Spencer and Anne Bulkley; his maternal grandparents were Chad Cockayne and Elizabeth Luke. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Nicholas, John, George, Nicholas, Edward, Jane, Margaret, Anne, Elizabeth and Arnold. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 61 on February 1st, 1638 in Jamestown, Surry, VA, USA.1 -
