His paternal grandparents were Marcomir and Marcomir; his maternal grandparents were Genebald and Genebald. He had nine brothers and a sister, named Clodion, Clodia King, Clodius, Long, Fredemundus, Frotmund, Fredemundus Desposyni, Andbertus, Adelbertus and Basina.
