Francis Hoare 
Francis was born on April 28th, 1708 in Greens Norton, Northamptonshire, England.1 Francis' father was Thomas Hoare and his mother was Mary Nelson. His paternal grandfather was John Hoare. He had a brother and three sisters, named William, Frances, Elizabeth and Ann. He was the second youngest of the five children.
