Samuel was born on February 3rd, 1790 in Runcorn, Cheshire, England. Samuel's father is John Walker and his mother is Sarah Davis UNKNOWN. His maternal grandparents are Thomas Davis UNKNOWN and Jane Parr. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, James, Peter, Mary and Betty. He was the second oldest of the six children.
