Phebe WOOD

Phebe was born on September 16th, 1788 in Cornwall, Litchfield, Ct.  Phebe's father was Samuel WOOD and her mother was Elizabeth STEWART.  Her paternal grandparents are Jonathan Wood and Betsy Davidson. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Silas, Jonathan, Betsey, Lucy, Esther, Charlotte and Julia.  She was the oldest of the nine children. She had a half-brother named Henry.  She died at the age of 24 on June 11th, 1813 in Ohio.
