Thomas was born on October 13th, 1381 in of, Arundel, Sussex, England. Thomas' father was Richard FitzAlan and his mother was Elizabeth Dedist of Columb Bohun. His paternal grandparents were Richard "Copped Hat" Fitzalan and Eleanor Plantagenet. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Richard, William, Elizabeth, Joan, Margaret and Alice. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 34 on October 13th, 1415 in Sp. He was buried in Chapel, Arundel, Sussex, England.-
