Roger I Standard Bearer of Normandy was born about 0990 in Tosni, Eure, France.¹   Roger I Standard Bearer of Normandy's father was Ralph II Seigneur De Toeni.  His paternal grandparents are Ralph I De Toeni and Unknown. He had a brother named Ralph III.  He was the older of the two children.  He died in 1038.  He was buried on May 31st, 1038 in Conches, Seine-Et- Marne, France.^1 2 

They had two sons and a daughter, named Robert (Sir), Ralph III (Lord) and Alice  (Adeliza).
