Elizabeth was born about 1380 in Poynton, Chesshire. Elizabeth's father was John Warren and her mother is Margaret Stafford. Her paternal grandparents are sir Edward Warren and Cicely De Eaton; her maternal grandparents are John Stafford Sir and Dionesia Lynford. She had a brother and two sisters, named Nicholas, Isabel and Joan. She is the youngest of the four children.-
