Dobronegra Mariya was born about 1011 in Kiev, Kiev, Ukraine.  Dobronegra Mariya's father was Vladimir 'the Great'' , Czar of Russia and her mother was Princess of Byzantine Anna.  Her paternal grandparents were Svyatoslav I Suitislaus , Prince of Kiev and Malusha of Lubech; her maternal grandparents were II Emperor of Byzantine Romanos and Empress Theophano. She had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named (Yaroslav) I 'the Wise', Prince of Kie, Svyatoslav, Vysheslav, Prince of Polotzk, Premislava of, Prince of Novgorod, Grand Prince Tschernigow, Boris David, Gleb Roman, Sudislav and Pozvizd.  She died in 1087.


Dobronegra Mariya's first family with Kazimierz I Karol Prince of Poland

‌Dobronegra Mariya and Kazimierz I were married in a religious ceremony about 1039.  They had three sons and a daughter, named II King of Poland, Prince of Poland, Prince of Poland and Princess of Poland.

She had a biological son and a biological daughter, named Wladislaw I and Princess of Poland.
