Verica was born about 0419 in Westfalen, Germany.1 Verica's father was Frankish King of Cologne Clovis and her mother was Ildegonde de Cologne. Her paternal grandparents were Theude Mer de Therouanne King of Franks and Blesinde de Cologne; her maternal grandfather was Duke of the East Franks Marcomir and her maternal grandmother is Duchess of the East Franks Ildegonde. She had a brother named King of Cologne. She was the older of the two children. She died in 0449.1 General Notes
