John Riddlesdale 
John was born in 1508 in Halstead, co Essex, England.1 John's father was Robert Riddlesdale and his mother is Joan (Riddlesdale). He had a brother named Thomas. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 43 in June 1551 in Bures St. Mary, Essex, England. He was buried on July 2nd, 1561 in Bures St. Mary, Suffolk, England.General Notes

John and Joan were married in a religious ceremony in 1533.1 They had three sons and three daughters, named Robert, William, Lawrence, Lucy, Alice and Annys.
