Daniel Rapalje 
Daniel was born on March 25th, 1691 in Brooklyn, Ny. Daniel's father was Daniel Joris Rapelje and his mother was Sarah Clock. His paternal grandparents were Joris Janse Rapelje and Catalyntje Jerononius Trico; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Martens Clock and Tryntie Alberts. He had a brother and four sisters, named Joris Daniel, Maria, Antie, Sarah and Catharina. He died at the age of 45 on March 19th, 1737 in Brooklyn, Ny.General Notes
He left a will dated Mar 17, 1736/7 and proved Apr 20, 1737. It names his eldest son Daniel, sons Joris and Johanes, daughter Lanettie, wife of Henry Brinkerhoff, daughter Sarah, wife of Isaac Brinkerhoff, daughters Margaret, Hellitie, Mary, Catherine and Antie. It also names his brother Joris Rapalye and his brother-in-law Elbert Hegeman.
