William Houghton Sir 
William was born about 1375 in Of Hoghton, Lncshr., Engl and his baptism took place in Lncshr., Engl. William's father was Richard Houghton Sir and his mother was Jane. His paternal grandparents were Adam Houghton and Ellen Venables. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Adam, Edward, Thomas, Helen, Margaret and Alicia. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died before 1415.-
