Mary Hancock 
Mary was born in 1675 in Lynhaven Parish,Henrico County,Va. Mary's father was Robert Hancock Sr and her mother was Johannah Mary Ligon. Her paternal grandparents were Simon Hancock Sr. and Sarah Gilbert; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Lygon and Mary Harris. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Robert, Sarah, Johannah, Elizabeth and Phoebe. She is the second oldest of the seven children.-
