Patience Hadley 
Patience was born on January 9th, 1780 in Chatham County, North Carolina.1 Patience's father was Jeremiah (Joshua) Hadley and her mother was Mary Dickey. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Patience Brown. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joshua, John, Jeremiah, James, Lydia, Mary, Sarah and Jane. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 82 on December 22nd, 1862. She was buried in 1862 in Rocky Run Cem, Parke Co, in.1 1 -
