William Fitzalan

William was born about 1105 in Oswestrie, Shropshire, England and his baptism took place before 1165 in Dol, Normandy, France.  William's father was Alan Fitzflaald and his mother is Avelina De Hesding. He had two brothers and a sister, named Jordan, Walter and Sibil.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died in 1160.¹ 

They had a son named William II.
