Tonantius was born in 0425 in Rouergue, Gaul.1 Tonantius' father is Ferreolus and his mother is Deuteria. His maternal grandfather was Afranius Syagrius , Gallo-Roman Consul and his maternal grandmother is D. Avitas. He was an only child. He died after 0485.1 General Notes
