Hugues "Magnus" de Neustria was born in 0900 in Paris, Seine, France.  Hugues "Magnus" de Neustria's father was Robert I King of France and his mother was Beatrice de Vermandois.  His paternal grandparents were Robert le Fort Duc de Neustria and Adelaide de Tours & Alsace; his maternal grandfather was Heribert I de Vermandois Count of Vermandois and his maternal grandmother is Bertha de Morvois. He had a sister named Emma.  He was the younger of the two children. He had two half-sisters named Hildebrante and daughter.  He died at the age of 56 on June 16th, 0956 in Deurdan, Dourdan, France.
