Thomas was born in 1182 in Of, Caus, Shropshire, England and his baptism took place in (Near 40-1222).1   Thomas' father was Robert Corbet and his mother was Emma Pantolph (pantulf). He had five brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Hugh (Grysetaille), William, Alan, Thomas, Margaret and Ffelis.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 92 in September 1274 in Shrewsbury Abbey, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.  He was buried in September 1274 in Shrewsbury Abbey, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.1 1
