William Cole 
William was born in 1598 in Essex, England. William's father was Humphrey Cole and his mother is Mary Mott. His paternal grandfather is William Cole and his paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Deards. He was an only child. He died at the age of 71 in 1669 in St.Marys Co.,Md.General Notes
William COLE 1st, was the first COLE anceston in our line to migrate to America. Prior to migrating to the US, he was an officer in Cromwell's army. William migrated to America in 1618 on a ship called the Neptune, and landed in the Elizabeth City, Norfolk Co.,VA. From 1618 to 1625 he worked as a farmer in the Jamestown area.

Thomas William was born in 1628 in Wiccocomico,Northumberland,Va. He died at the age of 45 in 1673 in Great Bonnerton,West River,Maryland.
